SYLLABUS
• Removal / reinstallation on airplanes and helicopters through application of the procedures defined in work cards. Application of the best practices used in the aviation sector
• Mechanical components:
– Definition of practical work performed
– Removal / check / reinstallation of a brake unit on Falcon 20
– Removal / check / reinstallation of an airbrake flap on Mirage F1
– Removal / check / reinstallation of the pitch artificial feel system on Mirage F1
– Removal / check / reinstallation of the intermediate gearbox on Gazelle 341
– Removal / check / reinstallation of the tail gearbox on Gazelle 341
• Study of a task
• Presentation of the technical publications
• Identification of equipment:
– Actuators, flaps, airbrakes, canopies
– Angle-of-attack probes, Pitot head
– Antennas
• Protection and lockout / tagout of the work area
• Tooling management
• Removal of equipment, reinstallation of equipment, check, reconfiguration, energisation of aircraft systems, system test after installation
